Water supply, waste water collection and treatment are activities of special interest for the life of all inhabitants, corporate entities and institutions in the Subotica Municipality.

The Subotica Municipal Assembly, which advocates these vital interests on behalf of the municipality’s inhabitants, has trusted Subotica Waterworks and Sewerage PUC to perform, manage and organise these activities.

Management control is performed by the Municipality through the Managing Board and the Supervisory Board in financial matters.

The management of the Subotica Waterworks and Sewerage PUC comprises the manager, technical manager, and financial manager, Water Supply Department Head, Waste Water Department Head and Investments Department Head. The managing functions are performed in three divisions: finances, production and investments, and legal affairs.
