Connection of Individual Residential Houses to the Public Water Supply and Sewerage Networks

1. GENERAL CONDITION OF THE CONNECTION:

  • The facility, for which the connection is required, should be legally built.
  • There should be a developed public water supply or sewerage network in front of the plot, where the building is located and which is to be connected.

2. APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR CONNECTION:

  • The owner of the building submits an application to Subotica Waterworks and Sewerage PUC, Information Desk no. 6.
  • If the building has been recently bought, before application, the owner-related data on the invoice for public utility services should be amended at the Claims Desk of the Subotica Waterworks and Sewerage PUC.

3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Documents required for the connection of
NEW BUILDINGS:

  1. Plot design copy, original, not older than 6 months (3, Car Dusan Street – next to Ravel Patisserie),
  2. Certified photocopy of the Building Approval (building permit),
  3. Photocopy of the design’s first page – bearing the seal of notification on the commencement of works,
  4. The building’s design (which is returned upon the issuance of the proforma invoice),
  5. 2 photocopies of the last invoice for water consumption, sewage (if the building has already been connected to any of these) or for waste disposal.

Documents required for the connection of
EXISTING BUILDINGS:

  1. Plot design copy, original, not older than 6 months (3, Car Dusan Street – next to Ravel Patisserie),
  2. Certified photocopy of the approval for building (building permit), or excerpt from the Land Register, original, not older than 6 months, proving the registered legally built residential building
  3. 2 photocopies of the last invoice for water consumption, sewage (if the building has already been connected to any of these) or for waste disposal.

Incomplete applications are not accepted!

Upon the submission of the required documents and filing the application for the building of a new connection, our team of professionals will visit the site, make a bill of quantities and material, and will agree upon the technical details.

4. CURRENT PRICES FOR AN AVERAGE CONNECTION:

Connection to the public water supply network, 14,00 m long ND 20 mm
(from the joint with the street pipeline to the water meter pit)
(The price does not cover the building of the water meter pit, which is to be prepared by the applicant prior to the building of the connection. The pit`s sizes and position are given at submitting the application).		 31.286,34 din
Connection to the public sewage network, 10.00 m long, ND 125 mm
(from the joint with the street pipeline to the property line)		 27.021,38 din

5. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

  1. In cash at the cashier of the Subotica Waterworks and Sewerage PUC,
  2. As a loan with two or four repayments (Repayments to be paid in cash at the cashier of Subotica Waterworks and Sewerage PUC).
